Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 3 business days. Please note, we ship from rural Alberta so it may take longer than you are used to. In addition to this, currently all shipping outlets are reporting delays. You can expect shipping times of 2 - 3 weeks in Canada and 2-6 weeks to the USA. Unless you upgrade, we use regular parcel mail which cannot be tracked by the customer or us. Please take this into consideration before checking out. 

Shipments not received after 8 weeks will be refunded.
